Shannon B


  Shannon is a committed yoga teacher who believes in helping her students to achieve self-awareness, peace of mind and relaxation through a joyful practice. After two years of developing her practice under guidance she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and has been teaching yoga for the past year. She has worked with not for profit community programs and taught in a variety of settings from hospitals, schools, gymnasiums, yoga studios and child trauma centres to a diverse clientele. She is passionate about facilitating the benefits of daily yoga and making it accessible and enjoyable for people on all walks of life.

Shaun D


Shaun has been a yoga teacher for four years and prior to this he worked as a Corrections Officer. 

His passion for yoga and thorough knowledge of its benefits, along with his extensive understanding of what life can be like for people who are incarcerated, is one of the many attributes Shaun brings with him to this role.
